It seems that many individuals are holding on to something or someone that may be clogging up space or taking up too much time. It perhaps may be time to declutter. One may need to reduce commitments and leran how to say no to the non-essential things or to just clean up your life. Others may perhaps need to make of list of some of the things that they may need to get rid of. Another way of looking at it could also be by just starting to have or develop a new attitude or an attitude towards change. One question you can ask yourself is do I really need this?
