Many individuals confuse the word self confidence with self esteem. However both has to do with onself. Self confidence is an attitude about your skills and abilities. One knows how to accept and trust themself. They know that they have a sense of control in their life. There are also three different types of confidence: 1. Self Confidence, 2. Social Confidence and 3. Professional Confidence. How would you rate yourself? Do you set realistic expectation and goals for yourself? Do you communicate assertively and handle criticism well. If you struggle is the area of self confidence you don't want to miss this show. It can also help with teaching others by role modeling that they too can believe in themself.
