"Paying It Forward" - we have all heard this said or most of us and perhaps some have seen the movie with this title, but how many of us truly DO pay it forward? What exactly does it mean, how does it help, change or shift our life or sense of being? Find out Monday as we openly discuss, paying it forward.

Of course, our hope is that people pay kindness forward every day, in order to make each day that little bit brighter. We believe that small acts, when multiplied by millions of people can literally change the world for the greater good.

• Get the next person’s food, toll, petrol, etc.
• Help someone out in need  
• Host pay it forward activities in your office, school, church or community
• Donate to a worthwhile cause
