Living life in full bloom means living with hope and purpose, with imagination and vision—in a way that honors the Earth, the spirit, and one another. In Living Life in Full Bloom: 120 Daily Practices to Deepen Your Passion, Creativity & Relationships, Elizabeth Murray encourages and nurtures listeners to explore four inspirational pathways—the Gardener, Artist, Lover, and Spirit-Weaver—to fulfill their heartfelt dreams, find their soul’s mission, connect to what has meaning, and realize their full potential to reinvent their life and community.
As Gardeners, listeners will learn to cultivate their intimacy with nature, deepen, and grow; as Artists, listeners will expand their creativity and imagination with playful curiosity and delight; as Lovers, listeners will learn to lead with the heart and commit to what they cherish; and as Spirit-Weavers, they’ll practice mindfulness and establish personal rituals and celebrations to express your blessings and gratitude. As listeners follow each guided practice, they’ll discover ways to nurture interpersonal connections, find meaning and fulfillment in their busy life, unearth talents and gifts, and live joyously with their heart wide open.
