It's always good to hear 2 VOICES on any relevant topic because it always good to hear 2 Perspectives & get at least 2 Angles to ponder ! Today's discussion on Health & Fitness is basically what you already know & what I love to say- "Healthcare 101" is Movement, our bodies are made to move. The other reality about taking care of yourself is the "Hydration" part, our bodies are made up of 75% water (told you that you already know all of this :-) and we can NOT live long without it. By the way when speaking about Healthcare, it's an "all inclusive thing" meaning mental health, though often overlooked, should always be part of the discussion. Some things are a given, Self Care is one of them & the only way to have a "Best Rest of Your Life !"
