A bit more discussion on the "New P.T.S.D. aka Pandemic Traumatic Stress Disorder" (renamed appropriately, wouldn't you agree?) as it (& now monkey pox:-( too) continues to impact the way we live & breathe & move, literally. It feels almost like a lightweight blanket atop of the world, that even though you want to take it off, you just can't lift it. The fact of the matter is that we are living in a very traumatic period, evidenced from top, i.e. disrespectful, lying suppos-ed world leaders, to bottom, mass murder by and of our youth is an everyday event, the effects are being felt all over the world, not only in this country. Attention must be given to this concept, because we need to know that our interactions with one another must now, unfortunately, be much more limited and guarded, both physically & emotionally. However the fact remains that we are social beings & it will never be okay to stay away from each other. (period dot) We Boomers have to figure out how to be part of the solution by doing whatever we can in our families, communities & in the world as we travel & live all around it (because not everyone, but many of us are Traveling again & some folks are moving to other parts of the world by choice) Bottom line "Git In where You Fit In" because everything's different now and like I mentioned previously we have to stay calm, stay connected & at all costs stay engaged.
