The auto business has changed, and Debbie Wright is right in the middle of it.  She bought MOTEC Auto Care with little or no knowledge of repair, but she understands marketing. She has aggressively gone after the fleet market to capture consistent, ongoing repair work. She hires the mechanics, but shares with other women the essentials of taking care of our cars so we can speak the “right” language. She has even stepped right into the good ol’ boys network by being a member and on the board of the local automotive association.
