Children, and their parents, often worry that they will forget things about loved ones who have passed away. But after a death, there are many ways that children and families can remember loved ones. And thanks to two amazing new children's books, we can now help our little ones connect with those they lost and help them remember how much they are loved.  The books serve as an uplifting celebration of a bond of love between a grandparent and their grandchild. A bond which can never be broken.  Joining us today to share her courageous story and her highly-anticipated new children's books, Angel Grandma and Angel Grandpa is children's author, Heather Lean.

An attorney by day, Heather decided to begin pursuing her dream in writing children’s books. Her highly-anticipated new release, Angel Grandma, was written after grieving the twin losses of her mother-in-law and her own mother. After writing Angel Grandma, she found herself writing several others, and it was the spark that ignited her passion and her life's purpose. Heather resides in New York, where she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, writing, and continuously learning and growing.
