For months, Trump cultists have been threatening violence if their side loses the election. This is the "Trump Retribution Machine." Mainstream media treats these threats as the loony by-product of some mob of toothless, IQ challenged, inbred hillbilly reunion. It is not. Make no mistake, the violence witnessed for instance on January 6th, was implemented by such hillbillies along with some rather affluent professionals who love Trump's brand of neo Nazism. That being said, the Trump murder and retribution machine has been orchestrated and planned by Ivy League trained attorneys, high ranking military officers, billionaires, and corporate officers. One such operative is a former Green Beret named Ivan Raiklin, who has claimed the mantle of Trump's future 'Retribution Czar.' This retribution involves the premeditated plot to arrest and subsequently execute democratic office holders, liberals, and any minorities daring to get 'uppity.' This is not hyperbole. It is real. This is our first story.

Assassination attempt on Trump sadly reflects the result of constant promotion of hate against a prior President campaigning for re-election. The vile nature of people shows itself by those who express they wish the shooter would have been successful in murdering Trump. If Liberty was promoted and valued more, the hate wouldn't be so fueled. Liberty means respecting the individual, their life, and their inherent rights. Celebrating attempted murder of a prior President while ignoring the murder of an innocent person in attendance...really isn't a good look.

To wrap up the month of July, we are having Seyma Calisgan call in from the UK! Seyma is a PhD student at the University of Essex who is enthusiastic about Speech and Language therapy. I completed my undergraduate study in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Yeditepe University in Turkey in 2015. She also did her masters degree in Speech Difficulties at the University of Sheffield in 2020.
Currently, she is working on my PhD research, which focuses on central facial palsy management after stroke. Specifically, I'm interested in the involvement of speech and language therapists in treating central facial palsy following a stroke. To gather comprehensive information and co-develop recommendations for managing post-stroke facial weakness, I'm employing a mixed-method approach.

The case of Juliana v. United States began during the Obama administration and continues to the present day. A group of children sued the Obama adminstration for failing to uphold environmental law. The case spans the Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations and if successful--could strip taxpayer subsidies from fossil fuel companies--among other changes. This case cuts to the essence of environmental rights vs. corporate interests. It is to our shame as a nation--that it took the children to bring this demand for justice to light.
