Drawing from her rural roots and intersectional identity, she has supported 28 school districts, 30 higher ed institutions, 12 corporate settings, and 42 nonprofits, impacting over 60,000 individuals through her keynotes and facilitation at national conferences. Dr. Jay holds degrees from the University of Louisville, Eastern Kentucky University, Kent State University, and Walden University. As a clinical sexologist, she has worked with the Washington Wellness Institute, Maven Clinic, and The Center for Empowered Sexual Wellness, consulting on state and federal projects.
