Grit Grind w/The Chairman TL
in Music
This is the first of three shows as I start the Lawless Radio farewell tour. Call in if you have memories you want to share or just listen to some the finest in unsigned, independent and underground music.
To our cherished listeners, our beloved artists, and to everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey, It is with both gratitude and a touch of sadness that I write these words today. After more than two decades of unforgettable moments, conversations, and music, Lawless Radio will be signing off on January 31st. This farewell is not an end, but a celebration of everything we’ve built together — and it’s one that I want to say thank you for. When we first launched in 2003 as a humble monthly CD giveaway in Blink Magazine, I could never have imagined the journey that lay ahead. It was a small spark, but it ignited a fire. In 2009, we took the leap to the Blogtalk platform, going live online and giving birth to what would become a groundbreaking space for music and culture. It began with one voice, Over the years, Lawless Radio brought together some of the most talented, passionate, and unique individuals. Catrese, Attica Lundy, El Casique, Sherm Demand, Peoplez Sinatra, Soambitious, Johnny Westmoreland, Mami Rican, Niki Outlaw, Doctor Passion, Buck, Dr. Buckhalter, Emm "The Queen", The Unchained Crew, D Smith, LSO — each one of you helped shape this station into something truly special. Together, we showcased the best of underground, unsigned, and independent artists, giving them the platform they deserved long before they hit the mainstream. Thank you This isn’t goodbye — it’s a “see you later,” as we continue to live, to grow, and to make our own way in this world. With love and appreciation, The Chairman TL and the entire Lawless Radio family "ITSLAWLESS"
